Payments

Payments are required to be made prior to the commencement of all programs. Prices are inclusive of GST.

Trial Bookings

Your 2-week trial will commence on the next available date for the requested program. Trial sessions must be taken over consecutive weeks. No refunds will be given for partially attended trials.

At the conclusion of the 2-week trial, you will automatically be enrolled into the remainder of the current term or next full term whichever is applicable. Should you NOT wish to continue with our program, please contact Future Football.

Uniforms

Upon completion of the 2-week trial, the purchase of a Future Football uniform is compulsory for all programs unless stated. Uniforms must be worn to each session as well as appropriate footwear.

Registration

The one time registration fee is applied at the time of booking any term-based program (such as Skills, Development). The registration fee is $25 (incl GST).

Enrolment Automatic Rollover

Once you have booked a term with Future Football your place in the program will be secured indefinitely until you opt-out. You will receive an email notification of the upcoming term fees approximately 2 weeks in advance of the charge date. On the charge date, a payment invoice will be sent automatically to your registered email. If you no longer wish to continue with Future Football, or if you need to make any changes to your booking please contact us.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refunds are not offered for any missed sessions. However, we do allow makeup sessions that must be taken in the current term of enrolment. For example, if you miss a Saturday morning session in Term 1, you have the remainder of Term 1 to attend a makeup session. To book a makeup session please contact us with your preferred date and venue.


Refunds are not offered for players who wish to withdraw from the program during the term however a credit note can be applied to your account which is valid for the following 2 subsequent terms. Cancellations due to medical reasons will be considered on a case-by-case basis and refunds applied at the discretion of Future Football. Please contact us.

Future Football reserves the right to cancel any session at any time if it is deemed unsafe for use due to unexpected circumstances. Future Football must be alerted of any medical conditions that a child may have that could affect their ability, enjoyment, wellbeing or risk of injury. (This must be done when booking a program)


Future Football will not be held accountable for any loss or damage to personal belongings. It is the responsibility of the parents/ guardians and children to ensure their belongings are kept in a safe place.

Due to the high incidence of allergies, please do not bring any nuts or nut-related products to any programs.

Future Football will be following all current COVID-19 restrictions as they are updated and apply to our programs.
