The Future Football team has extensive experience in football as professional players and coaches, and they are supported by a management team focused on maintaining the highest standards of business operations, risk management, and ethics.

Professional Career
Jesper played professional football for 17 years with top clubs around Europe like, Ajax, Manchester United, Bordeaux and Caen. During his club career he won 2 Dutch titles & 1 Dutch Cup with Ajax and The famous English FA Cup with Manchester United.
He made over 450 appearance scoring over 70 goals. Jesper also represented his country Denmark for over 10 years with over 45 appearances and played in the 86 Mexico World Cup Finals where he scored 3 goals.
During his playing career Jesper played with players like: Johan Cruyff, Marco Van Basten, Didier Deschamp, Frank Rijkaard, Soony Silooy, Eric Cantona, Peter Schmeichel and was managed by Sir Alex Ferguson while at Manchester United.
Coaching Career
After over 16 years as a professional agent representing over 450 players around the world Jesper started his own football academy here in Melbourne. Jesper then join his former Ajax teammate John Van't Schip as first assistant coach for Melbourne Heart now Melbourne City.
Jesper is own Director of Football with Future Football and he is true passion about youth development and giving young players the best experience in football.
Coaching Licence - FFA B Licence
Football Bio - John grew up playing football in Northern Ireland playing for local representative sides. He moved into senior football at the age of 15 years old and played within the NIFA Premier Division for over 10 years. John won junior and senior titles during this time.
Coaching Bio - John started coaching at 16 with Tommy Jackson Soccer School, a former Manchester United, Everton FC & Northern Ireland player. He gained his Uefa B Licence in 2003 before becoming a senior coach at TW Sports Academy & Sport-Opps coaching children across Northern Ireland.
In 2004 John moved to the USA with Camp America and ran the soccer camp program based in Ohio. In 2005 he joined the New York Red Bulls as a Coach and Player Development Officer. In 2009 John moved to Australia and held the position of Head of Coaching and National Operations Manager at Football Star Academy for over 9 years. John is Future Football Head of Coaching and Operation Manager. His passion is youth development and working with young players and new coaches to help them develop their all round game.
Coaching Licence - European Uefa 'B' Licence
Nick has joined our junior coaching team after working with us within his school football and futsal program at Melbourne Grammar. We look forward to seeing Nick develop his coaching skills with the the help of our senior coaching team.
